A note from your hosts

Why we created
Four Elements Retreats

We built this retreat from the things that have shaped us — long mornings in nature, the quiet of breath, the joy of music shared with friends, the kind of food that tastes like care, and the depth of conversation that happens when twelve people slow down together.

This isn’t a polished hotel experience. It’s an intentionally small, intimate space where you can soften, feel seen, and remember what matters. If any of this resonated with you, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll be here, with the tents ready, the kitchen warm, and a seat saved for you.

The Location

Hidden in the hills of Málaga

A peaceful retreat space tucked into the Andalusian countryside, with panoramic mountain and valley views, ancient olive groves, and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park on the doorstep. The exact address is shared with confirmed guests.

A quiet corner of Andalucía

The land is sun-soaked and still. Olive groves run down the hillside, far-reaching mountains frame the horizon, and a quiet pond reflects the sky. A protected national park sits at the edge of the property — home to birds of prey, foxes, and trails that wander deep into the Spanish countryside.

The Mediterranean coast and the towns of Málaga, Marbella, and Ronda are all within a short drive. We arrange airport pickup from Málaga for confirmed guests.

Good to know

Your questions, answered

Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation?

Not at all. Our sessions are gentle, grounded and open to all bodies and levels of experience. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Can I come on my own?

Yes — most of our guests arrive solo. The intimate group of just 12 means new friendships happen quickly and naturally around the table, in the dome and through the daily practice.

What about dietary needs?

Our menu is vegetarian — fresh, plant-rich Mediterranean cooking that’s generous and satisfying. Most guests don’t notice the absence of meat. We’re happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances and other dietary needs; just let us know when you book.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until 31 July 2026 — your 30% deposit is fully refundable up until that date. After 31 July, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat.

How do I get there?

You can reach us by car or by bus from Málaga, or we’re very happy to help you arrange transport. Just get in touch and we’ll make it easy.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes — there’s Wi-Fi at the main house if you need to stay reachable. We gently invite you to unplug, but we won’t make it difficult.

What should I pack?

Light layers, swimwear, comfortable clothes for movement, a refillable water bottle and something cosy to sleep in. We’ll send a full packing list with your welcome pack once you’ve booked.

Is there a private tent option?

Yes — we have a limited number of private bell tents available as an upgrade for +€180. Mention it when you reach out and we’ll let you know if there’s still availability.
